Nice hotel very centrally located. The room was too hot though at night. We were on the 20th floor <warm air rises >. In a hotel like this guests should be given autonomy over setting the temperature in their own room. Some foreigners do not sleep well in such hot environments.
Perfect stay for 5 nights in Shanghai. Location is just next to the station. Try eating at the Michellin restaurant next door. Housekeeping was good and clean, frontdesk check in was quick, bell hops all very friendly and helpfill. Except for a bit of smoke smell in our room through the aircon vent, most of the time we did get a smoke free enviornment. Highly recommend to stay here. We even had different pillow choices.
It's near to train station, hotel was grand, check in was smooth. Informed the hotel it's for our anniversary and they told us a complimentary cake will be given to us on the check in night but perhaps they forgot, nevertheless they gave a complimentary birthday slice of cake several days later.
The shower and toilet bowl pressure were low, informed the front desk and they fixed it the same day and was great after that.
Overall a good experience, but not an exceptional one.
The location is perfect for someone who is on a business trip. There are a lot of coffee shops around and it is well connected to lines 2 and 7 of the metro station. Also, 8 minute walk to the Jing'An Temple.
The location is great and the hotel is great value for money. However the gym amenities were somewhat limited.
The Jing’an temple is right behind the hotel, and so is the Metro station, which connects to three seperate lines.
So for the price, the hotel is really unbeatable.
